Our toilet broke at 9 PM, and we were left waiting until 11:30 PM for it to be fixed, which wasted our time. Additionally, the hotel shuts down all amenities and stores immediately after checkout, making it difficult for guests wanting to prolong their stay and enjoy the facilities.

The hot spring experience was memorable, and the

staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with the buffet for my mother. The onsen water was rejuvenating, while the semi-buffet dinner offered a variety of delicious options. However, I found the room slippers a bit too big.
